- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

- During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

- United States: 3–7 business days

- International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and package weight. Any applicable shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Delays

Global Capital Trading LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped packages.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country's authorities.
